Our frameworks are divided into three major categories namely: level of work; functional knowledge and role behavioural style. The Lime competency framework is a detailed extension of the job profile and provides a view of the expected capabilities and competency definitions at a set and agreed standard.
The competency definitions (assessment criteria) articulate the expected outcomes and the individual effort required to perform the competency. In addition they articulate the manner in which the competency must be carried out.
The competency framework forms a baseline to the assessment guides which are subsequently developed.
The purpose of this programme is to ensure that delegates have a detailed understanding of how to interpret the competency frameworks; understand levels of work; that they have insights of how to prepare for the functional assessment and that they know how to deduce behavioural styles in an interview scenario.
